The film explores a simple question: Can fashion last? Not as trends or an industry, but as
the clothes people form relationships with.
The story is set inside a lost and found office, a place where valuable and seemingly
meaningless garments sit side by side. Here, a party dress, a leather jacket, a school shirt,
and a scarf are treated exactly the same, even though each carries a completely different
emotional weight.
Through a series of visitors searching for lost clothing, the film reveals how garments can
become much more than objects. They hold memories, identities, relationships, grief, and
history. Rather than answering whether fashion lasts, the film shows different ways clothing
can matter and invites the audience to decide for themselves.

While her son couldn't care less about the missing shirt, Jane is determined to find it, partly because she doesn't want to waste money and partly because she wants to keep everything under control. She represents the idea that sometimes people care deeply about things that seem insignificant to others. The role should feel realistic and familiar. Looking for someone with a natural, confident presence who can balance seriousness with subtle humour.
