For my short film *Doe Eens Normaal Dude*, I am looking for two male lead roles.
The film is about two boys walking home after a fun evening together, but along the way slowly begin to feel the tension and fear that many women experience on the streets at night. What starts as jokes and acting tough increasingly turns into paranoia. Through dark streets, strange noises, and everything they see online, they start driving themselves completely insane.
The film combines humor with suspense and shows in a relatable way how quickly a sense of insecurity can creep into your mind.

For Tom, I am looking for someone who comes across as relaxed and funny, someone who laughs everything off a bit at first but slowly gets drawn into that tension themselves.
For Rachid, I am looking for someone who is more alert and cautious from the start, without it feeling excessive.
The most important thing is that you ultimately feel credible together as real friends who have been hanging out for years: relaxed, funny, and sometimes messing around stupidly, but meanwhile slowly getting more and more nervous.
