"In Pieces" is a survival horror short film inspired by part of the immigrant experience, where you find yourself isolated from loved ones who try to help, but are unable to. The core themes of this film are isolation, trust and unconditional care through distance and time. The film is set in the 80s, in an abandoned cabin in the woods. The horror elements include a monster hunting our main character.

What do we offer?
We offer compensation for the cost of transportation, meals and snacks during the shoot as well as material for your portfolio. The intention is to submit to film festivals when the film is finished, which could be great exposure for you as well.

Description
We are looking for a young woman, between the ages of 20 and 28 to play the role of Thea, the main character of the film. We will mostly be filming indoors, but there is also an action-packed sequence that takes place outdoors, in the forest. Preferably a native English speaker. Race or ethnicity are not relevant to the story; all are welcome.
