With 20 years of work experience, I know what I'm talking about and don't turn my hand around for any production, no matter how big and complicated it is. I am a real people manager, who brings out the best in everyone from the strength of a team and the individual. As a perfectionist, I expect a lot from my team, just as they can and should expect from me.
