Sefer z Memisoglu

I'm an Amsterdam-based artist, filmmaker and senior colorist with more than 20 years of experience working with film and post-production. My main professional focus is color grading, editing and finishing, with DaVinci Resolve and After Effects at the center of my workflow.
My background as an artist and filmmaker strongly shapes the way I approach color. I'm interested in the character of an image, its rhythm, atmosphere and relationship to the film as a whole, rather than treating grading simply as a technical finishing process.
Alongside my own artistic practice, I've worked on commercial productions, independent films and film projects by other artists, including post-production and compositing for large-scale museum installations. I'm based in Amsterdam and available for freelance color grading and selected post-production work.

I’m a filmmaker, editor and colorist based in Amsterdam. I’ve been working with moving images for more than 25 years, somewhere between film, art and commercial work. I love editing and grading, especially when there’s good material to play with and people who care about what they’re making.
