My name is Esther Visscher, I'm 19 years old, and I'm from Hoogeveen. I'm currently graduating from the AV Specialist program. For the past six months, I've been working as a production intern for AVROTROS children's programs. My passion lies in production, and I'm open to jobs as a runner/production assistant. Thanks to my training, I also have AV experience.
