About me
Kymo de Valk is an upcoming actor from Amsterdam with remarkable promise. Early in his career, he already took part in international projects. His first lead role film PAKKA premiered in 2025 at the Palm Springs International Film Festival.
Kymo began acting after the suicide of his brother, actor Reiky de Valk. Losing him left a deep impact and acting became Kymo’s way to stay connected to his brother and carry his spirit forward. What started as a way to process grief grew into a true passion and devotion to the craft of storytelling.
Known for his open-hearted energy, positive spirit, and professional work ethic, Kymo brings warmth and dedication to every project he joins.
He has trained in Los Angeles in various styles of stunt performance and is always prepared for physically demanding roles. Kymo has also studied multiple acting methods in The Netherlands, including the Meisner Technique and improvisation and continues to refine his US and UK accents. He speaks fluent Dutch and English and conversational Japanese from his time living in Tokyo, Japan.
