Indra van Meggelen

I am a documentary maker who deals with many social themes. These social themes usually lie within mental and physical health in combination with the healthcare system and how we deal with it as a society. I do this by collaborating with organizations with overarching themes. I facilitate and document the stories of others and process them together with my own stories into works such as photo books, films or installations. I create a diverse, but objective view of the world through the eyes of different people. And on the spectrum of documentary and fiction, it is more on the documentary side. I bring my own view of the world with me and my personal experiences are often a starting point, because I think it is important that my work is unique and personal.
I am now looking for an internship that fits in with my final year of study at St. Joost School of Art & Design.
