As an organizational talent, I aim to translate plans into an appropriate schedule and budget and to ensure that these plans can and are actually implemented. With clear communication I know how to create overview and peace for all involved during the realization process. I do this with an eye and ear for the needs of all interested parties. This means that enthusiasm and motivation, but also decisions and taking responsibility are important competences of my way of working.
