About me
I am Selina Ligero (1993), a fourth-year student at AKV | St. Joost (Photography, Film & The Digital) with a broad background in audiovisual production, leadership and storytelling. In addition to my studies, I have my own film production company and cleaning company with 17 employees. I have previously worked at Studio Ruba and followed the Production Assistant course at the Netherlands Film Academy. As an intern director assistant, I bring experience in leadership, organization and visual thinking - with a strong social awareness in the stories I want to help tell.

I combine creativity with structure. As an entrepreneur, I am used to managing people, making decisions and working in a solution-oriented manner – I bring those skills to the set. My strength lies in monitoring the content and supporting the direction with an overview, empathy and clear communication. In addition, I have experience with script development, pre-production and script supervision, and I know how to continue to collaborate in a people-oriented manner in a hectic environment.
