About me
With a great love for creative expression in the field of art, music and film, acting and telling a story in the form of film remains my favorite. Acting means to me the ultimate feeling of freedom. When do we dare to fully allow an emotion in real life? Our upbringing and society teaches us to behave in a socially desirable way. Many emotions and needs are suppressed and bottled up because of this. Acting gives us the freedom to allow this and to discover what happens then. I am convinced that everyone carries all facets of being human within them and I find it enormously enriching to discover that in myself again and again. Touching people on an emotional level is the most beautiful thing there is and I have not been able to find a medium that can do this better than film.
