Born in Rotterdam, Netherlands (NL), Abel van Essen is an artist, film director, and photographer. At the moment, he is studying in Amsterdam/Rotterdam. He already went on to direct multiple low budget projects with an immersive storytelling. His passion for films developed through learning the process of every aspect of his field. Since childhood, Abel has had an enthusiasm for telling stories. To work with others to tell these stories are the most beautiful moments, every time. In his works, Abel sees passion and artistry as essential elements for a production.
