for years working in the contaminated soil as a commercial advisor or civil servant. Hereby a lot of contact with civil servants, advisors, contractors, politicians, residents etc. Because of this always dealing with different types of people.
I use this in my (improvisation) theatre and also a lot when I am a training actor.
