About me
LUUK AUDENAERDE (2001) is a self-taught screenwriter and film director. His short films have been selected for various (inter)national film festivals and he has been a member of the Dutch Director's Guild since 2023.
After obtaining his VWO diploma in 2019, Luuk immediately entered the local film world by participating in local productions and writing and directing his first short film 'Out of my Skin'. He now has 5 short film productions to his name.
His work is characterized by a colorful, expressive style, in which the inner worlds of complicated characters are sketched on screen with very precise camera work and editing. His passion lies in telling confrontational stories and close collaboration with both cast and crew.
