The way in which film can emotionally, inspire or inform an audience has fascinated me from an early age. I find the post-production, including the editing, to be the most interesting phase of the making process, because it is here that you see the essential film being made for the first time. I love puzzling with the film material and using it to process the director's vision into a montage that best conveys it.
