Desiree van Haaren

Desiree van Haaren (1984) graduated from the Amsterdam Theater Academy and works as an actress, theater maker and theater teacher. Her work can best be described as 'theatre with a strong cabaret sauce'. For example, in 2007 she was in the semi-final of the Leids Cabaret Festival with her graduation performance "De ik van ons". And with her theater solos "Cupido" and "Meisjes Poepen Niet" at the Café Theater Festival, Valhalla, Magnet Festival, Solar, Delft Fringe, Wilhelmina Huiskamer Festival, Festival De Beschaving and the Fringe Festival, among others. As an actress she played in various productions by Toneel Haarlem (The Diary of Anne Frank, The Girl with the Red Hair and Rapture), TG Aluin and with the collective Vloeken in de Kerk. And she can be seen in various films and TV series. So in 2017 in the impressive series "It was war" by Omroep Max.
