Social entrepreneurship, coaching, connecting and guiding individuals, teams and organizations from purpose to result are my passion.
With OQTOO IM I produce concepts at the interface of creativity, communication and innovative techniques. We are currently developing and realizing a digital platform for parents, supervisors and teachers who are involved in the sensory processing of people with autism and an intellectual disability, together with UMCG-TGO and Crossing-Wild. The platform must inform, inspire, activate and connect in an interactive way.
OQTOO produces Merlijn's documentary, My Journey to Education. A positive story about a boy with autism who, despite his disability, was able to get a degree off the beaten track, which turned out to be impassable for him, and is now trying to find his way as a visual effects producer. Merlijn is now strong to enter the business world in his own way! The documentary is being made with the aim of setting up an impact campaign on inclusion in education and a plea for a different approach within Dutch education.
Since 2008 I am chairman of the MultiMedia Impuls foundation. We are producing a documentary and impact campaign about Floris Alkemade, the Government Architect and his passion to bring the development of the residential environment into harmony with (future) social developments.
I recently became a board member of the business & organization of Crossing Wild. There we are building a new way of working together based on cooperative cooperation when it comes to major change processes with a social impact. Think of themes such as climate change, loss of biodiversity, insufficient diversity and inclusion in companies and organizations, etc. We are there for those who want different and are looking for ways to do things differently. One of the current topics that we support is New Living with Care. In this we focus on care, which is becoming increasingly intertwined with housing, together withpublic secret.nu
In addition to these activities, I am available as an interim manager, consultant and coach for individuals, groups and organizations where changes must take place on their personal and/or organizational path.
