About me
I am currently following a 4-year MBO course at ROC Rijn IJssel in Arnhem.
The training I am following is called AV Specialist (Audio, Visual Specialist).
In this course we are taught the practical area of filmmaking. We learn to deal with different cameras, camera techniques, but also the area of editing.
We have to undergo various projects including: feature films, individual films, documentaries, reports, music videos etc.
We must do this in order to become familiar with the various aspects of the profession.
I aspire to be a director and writer. I am inspired by Guillermo Del Toro for his visual storytelling, but also his writing. He knows how to bring his imagination to life and I aspire to be as good as him.
