About me
My name is Derek Zomer and I work as a freelance cameraman/editor and photographer.
I am from Utrecht and originally started as an action sports cameraman.
I studied Audiovisual Media at the Hogeschool v/d Kunsten Utrecht and I have worked as a cameraman/editor for various projects and clients such as FOX Sports, Red Bull and Monster Energy.
My field of expertise lies mainly in short promotional video items in almost any genre. I am also available as a product photographer, event registrar or for fashion shoots.
I think it is important to do diverse work and to be versatile. I take on every challenge with great pleasure and I like to work with my customers towards an original multimedia product.
