About me
In 2013 I obtained my bachelor's degree in The Hague at InHolland University of Applied Sciences. Here I studied International Media and Entertainment Management. My studies gave me the opportunity to learn in an international environment. For example, I followed an Erasmus exchange minor in Scotland and wrote my thesis in London at Maverick Television for the hit series Embarrassing Bodies.
After my studies, I worked in the development department at Filmpool Entertainment in Cologne in 2013 and 2014. Here I was a development editor who was responsible for developing new TV series and producing a pilot after which they were sold to RTL, RTL2, Pro7 and Sat1, among others. My core activities consisted of: concept design and development, casting actors, plotting ideas for scripts and preparing, planning and organizing shooting. During the shoot I was responsible for checking locations, writing letters to the actors and serving as a directing assistant. During my time at Filmpool, we sold two formats to major German television channels.
Over the last nine months I have traveled independently from Japan to Indonesia where I have had unforgettable experiences. Some time ago I returned from my world trip and am now ready for the next challenge.
