About me
I am a Brazilian who has been living and working in Amsterdam for 18 years. Before that, I completed a higher professional education in Radio and Television in Brazil at the University of São Paulo and worked for several years as an editor and producer for various broadcasters, including HBO Brazil. In the Netherlands I have been working with international marketing and communication for the last 12+ years at the world's largest scientific publisher: Elsevier.
In addition to Portuguese and Dutch, I also speak English, Italian and Spanish and I can also do simple editing in Final Cut Pro.
I am looking for television/film work where I can add value through my knowledge of the Brazilian language, culture, society and media landscape. Freelance or full time.
My most recent assignment was the translation of the special World Cup Brazil series of the program Bureau Sport, a Media Brothers production for VARA.
