About me
Freelancer from New Zealand looking for work in production.
I LOVE production. I've worked as a production, camera and lighting assistant in my home country of New Zealand, on two independent feature films as a freelancer and with a production company called Broadcast New Zealand. With Broadcast NZ I initially trained with them as a camera assistant and was offered the opportunity to work with them as a result, working on TVC's and other projects.
My previous role at Sky Television, New Zealand's largest television broadcaster, involved coordinating incoming and outgoing content feeds and assigning the relevant broadcast resources to each one, as well as serving as a central point of contact for the broadcast and media department and internal/external clients.
Additionally I have a Bachelor of Communications Studies majoring in Television from AUT University.
This last 7 months I've been backpacking through South America, shooting a travel video and blogging (winginitkiwi.com). BUT I'm reading to jump back into production and challenge myself in the Netherlands.
