My name is Laura van der Meijden and through this way I want to present myself and my work. The website is mainly intended for people who share the same interest.
My passion for historical costumes, and everything related to it, has made me decide to start designing and making some costumes myself. I presented my first costumes at a small fair.
Due to the great enthusiasm and interest of the public, I was commissioned to design and make exclusive costumes for special events. (shop window material, theater company and theme parties).
My costumes are also used in national hairdressing competitions / make-up courses and photographers.
Is also very desirable as bridal wear where special designs are made.
