I am a driven organizer with a passion for achieving inspiring results with a group of people. I experience great satisfaction when I can work like a spider in the web and can relieve people by taking over coordinating tasks. I make it possible that those with final responsibility (directors, producers, project managers) do not get snowed under in the tumult of the issues of the day. I make sure that their heads remain free for their core task: leading and directing, meeting deadlines and achieving the intended results.
In addition, the greater the diversity, the more motivated I become. I can then do justice to my organizational qualities, 'out of the box' mind set and general knowledge. I always strive for a positive atmosphere in which everyone feels involved, responsible and valued. My working style is positive, business-like and assertive.
