Jolle (1978) writes, plays and produces music,
makes music theater performances and multimedia performances.
Often freelance in many collaborations as bands and theater or dance groups,
but also regularly with his own foundation Pompei and artists involved.
MUSIC STYLE
Pianistic, cinematic, classical, pop, electronic, jazz, funk.
METHOD
Jolle works with many musicians and uses sheet music where necessary.
He often also works on the basis of improvisations, samples and music software.
Jolle also composes on location, which means that he works intensively with all makers such as
directors, actors, musicians and dancers can work.
He makes live music during rehearsals so that the music can grow organically in the creative process.
CONCEPTS
Jolle devises many projects with Pompeii with the aim of confronting audiences outside the theater or stage.
A confrontation with everyday life. A manipulation or transformation of the environment, as a result of which the ‘public' starts looking at its own environment again and becomes aware of itself.
By using different disciplines, unique products are created time and time again.
