Ranhgyll Barnaart is a Dutch actress, performer and model. She is a quarter Indonesian and lives in Amsterdam. She wanted to become an actress at an early age, but first decided to follow teacher training in Doetinchem. During her studies she also obtained her diploma as Internal Culture Coordinator and often gave drama lessons and lessons focused on visual education. During her studies she played with theater group De Geheimen. After Ranhgyll graduated she decided to move to Amsterdam to fully focus on acting. She was soon accepted into acting school: Kemna De Jaargang and attended various masterclasses by Huub Stapel, Katrien van Beurden, Arno Dierickx and Ben Sombogaart, among others. In addition, she has further developed herself as a versatile actress at Act 2 Act, De Toneelmeester, Chubbuck and De Nederlandse Acteursschool, among others. She is currently writing her own performance.
