About me
Jasper graduated from the Utrecht Theatre School and has since worked as a theatre maker, writer, actor and teacher in the field.
As a creator, he often has a visual style of storytelling, but this does not mean that he avoids text. He has worked with both modern and classics. He has made productions at various youth theater schools. As an independent creator, he works with Siebe Palmen, he has made a family show for the IKFU and he wrote the musical: “ Ik kom van ergens anders†, together with Desirée Coumans and Erwin Tuijl, for the Xapp musical summer camp.
As an actor he appeared in short productions such as: "Muze", "Wijzer,Wijzer" and "zeg ns AAA".
As a teacher he wants to get the most out of his students/trainees.
He is convinced that everyone has a personal trigger point and that you have to find it. That is why he has studied and continues to study a large number of game techniques so that a good basis can be found for each person. From that personal basis, a student/trainee can develop much better.
This conviction led him to co-found the ActeerAtelier.
