About me

Hi there, I'm an experimental filmmaker and I'm always interested in freelance assignments as an editor, editing or production assistant. Short and part-time assignments are especially attractive to me, because I can combine them well. From social topics to video clips. I also find working with archive material fascinating.
I learned editing with Louis van Gasteren, studied at the Gerrit Rietveld Academy and at the California Institute of the Arts. In 2015 I edited and animated an installation for Peter Greenaway for the Venice Biennale. I also have a propaedeutic year in art history, so I also have that knowledge ready.

I have worked on many different productions. Experimental projects and social and historical topics appeal to me. As an editor, I see it as my task to actively think about the project based on his or her vision and to get the best possible out of the footage.
