About me
After studying history, I followed a program maker / video producer course at the VEC in Deventer. I then ended up at the Local Broadcasting Nijmegen where I made programs for the current affairs section. I was also the editor-in-chief of this for some time. In recent years I have been working at St. DZIGA, AV workshop in Nijmegen. Here I made documentaries and information films, mainly for the cultural and non-profit sector. I was also the technical coordinator of the workshop and in this position I also advised (young) film and video makers who approached the workshop for technical and content support. Other activities included organizing video art projects and workshops and maintaining the website.

My specializations are information films and historical documentaries.
I was originally trained as a historian. I am quickly able to understand a subject and translate it into a visual story that meets the client's objectives. Thanks to my many years of experience, also as a cameraman and editor, I can be deployed in many areas.
