About me
I am Timo Hakvoort, I am 22 years old and live on my own in charming Zaandam. Theatre is a passion of mine; I have a lot of experience on stage, but I would like to contribute more to the film world. I am looking for small projects that can expand my film portfolio.

When I was 10 years old, I started at the 'Jeugdtheaterschool aan de Zaan'. I attended there for 5 years and performed several times at the Zaantheater.
When I finished youth theatre school, I started looking for a mature theatre group in my area, and that is how I ended up at 'Morgana' and later 'Steeds Voorwaarts'. Here, I worked on short theatre projects.
In 2017, I worked as an assistant theatre teacher at the Zaanse Theatre School for a year. Here, I gained extensive experience working with children and young people up to the age of 16.
In 2018, I started as a professional actor at The Amsterdam Dungeon. Here, I learned an incredible amount from the talented colleagues I worked with.

Kleine projectjes vind ik altijd heel leuk, helemaal als het in de buurt is. Ik zou graag wat meer emotionele rollen willen spelen ipv komedie. Ik ben zeer goed in komedie maar ik zou graag wat meer in de diepte willen gaan in mijn rol.
