About me
My name is Kees Verloop and I have been working with cameras since 2009. My journey started by gaining my ENG diploma at Camera College for a filming and editing course.
I completed projects like THBDC (The Hague's Best Dance Crew) and spending several weeks in Arutam, Ecuador, to shoot a promotional film about an indigenous tribe. Eager to expand my knowledge, I continued my education and successfully completed an AV-Production study. Internships at AlphenStadTV - a local news station, Massa Media - a platform for the young by the young, and Center of Media and Health - European leader in the field of Entertainment-Education for Social Change, opened up a wide variety of environments and situations for capturing on film whether planned or ad hoc scenarios.
In the meantime, I set up my business and did some jobs on the run.
I love working as a cameraman; visiting places I may not have expected to see, especially through a camera lens, and meeting many people with a wide scope of views on filming and the final product.
