About me
Wendelien Voogd is a cultural anthropologist and filmmaker and has made documentaries for Omroep Brabant and Rtv Rijnmond, among others. Her films have been screened at Idfa, Rotterdam Film Festival, Holland Doc and abroad. She also worked as a freelance journalist and web editor for various regional media and organisations. In 2008 Wendelien attended the Idfa Documentary Workshop led by John Appel. Wendelien Voogd is currently working on a new documentary film plan and as a freelance camjo for various clients. She is also a researcher commissioned by documentary maker Geertjan Lassche and the Sous les Arbres Foundation (www.souslesarbres.nl).

2010 We Support We Share (10")
Short film commissioned by Hivos/Intent about the four young people, with roots in Suriname, Turkey, Morocco and Ghana respectively, and their ideas about development cooperation.
2009 Brother Bee (12")
About Cistercian monk and beekeeper Guido van Belle, who sees in his bee colony his own life of solitude and contemplation and encounters a form of divine inspiration. Under the final editing of Pieter Fleury.
2007 Sons of Art. Rotterdam Boys Choir 1957 - 2007 (47")
