About me
My name is Arjan Kiel, multimedia/film composer, and I studied classical music and keyboards at the Groningen Conservatory. From 1999 to 2002 I played keyboards in the Sister ‘we are family’ Sledge live-band. After that I was keyboardist for the Dutch reggae band Luie Hond for seven years.

Nowadays I have my own music production company, specializing in digital music for symphony orchestra and choir. I work with Jon Anderson, the voice of Yes, Tolkien fansite www.theonering.net and fanfilm www.bornofhope.com. Also new film, commercials, etc. Doug Adams, writer of the upcoming book The Music of the Lord of the Rings Films, and writer of the booklets accompanying the Complete Recordings of the music of LOTR about my music: ‘I\'ve recommended you as someone who can write original LOTR-style music.’
