I have an extensive network, both in the Netherlands and abroad. I have always been concerned with issues of interculturality, representation and identity. I move easily in very different circles. I am a good listener and respect everyone's point of view.

Since 2006 I have established myself as a personal coach. I coach people within the film world and beyond. I do this with the knowledge and experience I have acquired as a film programmer, production manager, researcher, advisor, committee member, team leader and director of the film festival 'Africa in the Picture'.
