My name is Simon. I'm a Dutch student currently in the fifth year of pre-university education (VWO). I was born on February 20, 2009, and live in the Netherlands. I speak fluent Dutch and English, and some French and German. Language and communication are among my strongest points, and I generally get high grades in these areas at school.
I'm disciplined and motivated, both at school and outside of school. Besides my studies, I have a part-time job, which has helped me develop responsibility, independence, and good planning skills at a young age. Growing up in a family with a modest income has made me ambitious, resilient, and goal-oriented.
Sports play a huge role in my life. I play soccer competitively, which has helped me develop self-confidence, teamwork, body awareness, and mental resilience. Performing under pressure, following directions, and constantly improving come naturally to me, and these skills are also important in acting.
I'm interested in acting because I enjoy conveying emotions, empathizing with different characters, and telling stories. I'm a good task-finisher, a quick learner, and take feedback seriously. I'm professional, curious, and have a strong work ethic.
My goal is to further develop as an actor, gain experience in front of the camera and on stage, and eventually work internationally. I'm open to training, auditions, and new challenges, and I'm fully motivated to work on my acting development.
