My name is Ekaterina Komleva.

My journey has been an extraordinary one, I used to be a puppet theater actress in Saint Petersburg (Russia), and then I spent the last two years studying film to become a director of editing. However, the onset of the war in Russia changed the course of my life, leading me from Russia to Istanbul, Thailand, and now to Amsterdam. Throughout this incredible journey, I've been freelancing as a director and video editor. I believe that my diverse background as a puppet theater actress and my formal film education have equipped me with a unique perspective and storytelling prowess.

My skills extend across a wide range of industry-standard software including Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Avid, Davinci Resolve as well as design tools like Canva and a lot of AI tools and platforms.
