I am willing to undergo a two-month trial period with your company without receiving a salary during this time. This period will allow you to assess my capabilities and determine if I am the right fit for the position. Following a successful trial period, I suggest a mutually beneficial arrangement.



If hired after the trial period, your company could be eligible for a substantial discount of up to 50% on my salary for a period of five years. This means that half of my salary would be covered by your company, and the other half would be subsidized by the UWV (Uitvoeringsinstituut Werknemersverzekeringen). This arrangement can provide significant cost savings for your company while affording me the opportunity to find meaningful work and contribute to your team's success.
