Hi, I'm Gerlof. I'm from Friesland and still live here with great love. I'm a big fan of freedom and adventure. At least, that's how people would describe me, because I love being outdoors. Everywhere and nowhere, as long as I don't stay in one place for too long. I'm always searching for the meaning of it all. So I love deep conversations and am fascinated by emotions and the workings of our thoughts and behavior.

I occasionally work as a training actor. This is acting with an educational purpose. So far, I've done this at: Meldkamer Noord Nederland, Drachten Police Academy, and NHL Stenden programs (Social Work, Pedagogy, Law, Secondary Teacher Training). I can quickly read and present case studies as an actor. As a training actor, I adapt to what the trainee wants to learn. I'm able to provide feedback both from the role and from a helicopter view. Training acting requires quick, highly intensive transitions. This teaches me to perform almost anything.
