Born in Uganda, Ibrahim Miiro moved to London aged 7, After finishing a degree in Film & Video Production, Ibrahim Miiro started work at broadcast /post-production facility at John Mills Limited (JML).
By 2010 Ibrahim had become a featured contributor of JML, Ibrahim directed his first commercial shoot, which showed his desire to achieve beautiful visuals. Ibrahim went on to direct 10 commercials and contributed as Editor & Motion Graphics designer on numerous JML projects.
While working at JML, Ibrahim acquired numerous skills as director combined with the ability to deliver a project on budget and on time, Ibrahim made the transition from Editor to Director.
Ibrahim seeks to constantly learn and build on his existing skills, pushing to create more innovative and exciting content with each project while concentrating on narrative drama. Ibrahim has completed his first feature film ‘My Day’ which premiered at the Raindance Film festival 2019
Ibrahim has directed and edited numerous music videos, commercials and short films and worked with bands Cradle of filth, Fazer (N-dubs), Tinchy stryder and Broadcasters Discovery networks, 4music, IMG, Arquiva, Racing UK, Globecast and TBN amongst others.
