My name is Steven Brautigam (36) and I have been active in the media world for over 12 years. During this period I was able to work as a Creative Producer and then Head of Production on various well-known television shows, commercials, video clips, branded content, documentaries and short films, both at home and abroad.

My work consists of coming up with creative concepts together with a team and then implementing them. Based on my expertise, I mainly focus on seeing whether an idea is feasible, what it will cost, which parties are involved, the logistical implementation and handling the final delivery. Based on this, I draw up a plan of action, initiate the process and manage a team. I think it's important to think outside the box and seize opportunities where possible. My motto: “Nothing is impossible, everything can be realized. Don't think in problems, think in solutions”. Like many projects within the media, everything is done last minute or at short notice. This has shaped me into an ultra stress-resistant and flexible person who excels in his improvisation.

Since this spring I became the proud father of a beautiful son. As a result, I am more housebound and I want to leave behind the irregular busy lifestyle and the many travels for beautiful productions. Literally looking for the so-called “new challenge” that is so often referred to during this type of communication.
