I have been active as an independent filmmaker for over 8 years and I want to continue to develop as a film editor.
After 5 years of study at the Utrecht School of the Arts, graduated as an all-round filmmaker with a specialization: Documentary EditorRegie,
and now looking for work within this sector.
During my studies I discovered that my love and passion for the profession continues to grow,
and I want to continue to tell personal stories, and make them known to the world.
During my studies, my Mentor Ketelaars pointed out my strength and to watch filmmakers that I like myself.
Following my masters, such as Werner Herzog and Andrei Tarkovsky, among others,
I made my final exam film: “Lessons of the trees” and worked intensively on the film: 'I am not stupid'

Making this has deepened my understanding of how to convey a story to an audience.
The lessons of these filmmakers have motivated and stimulated me to further develop,
and completely immerse myself in the world of cinema.
I am able to work independently, in collaboration with co-editors and directors. I have taught at the Open studio as a guest teacher, I take initiative, I am problem solving, I have technical and spatial insight.
Master Adobe Premiere pro, among other things, and can quickly master other programs.
I am now looking for a place in the film world where I can perform my passion and pass it on to others.
