Tessa is a visual anthropologist and filmmaker; she specializes in collecting and recording personal stories. Through her camera, she gives people a voice and shares stories that can bring about social change. In addition to being a filmmaker, Tessa is an experienced trainer and facilitates Participatory Video (PV) workshops. During this type of training, she teaches participants to tell their own story in an accessible way using video. Tessa supports organizations around the world in applying PV in their organizations, especially as a tool for monitoring and evaluating project activities.
