I was trained in music and the visual arts in the 1980s and early 1990s and gradually, from the desire to bring together visual arts and new music, I developed into a theater maker/director of a hybrid, highly visual form of music theatre. Under the name Tg Mammal I have made a number of performances in collaboration with composer Piet-jan van Rossum and various actors and musicians. Inventing and directing goes hand in hand with designing and making (almost) all the necessary visual material. To be able to collaborate with music, I also like to work with film/video, which has led to a number of film/live music projects in the past.
