I was an assistant director for a theater play in the spring of 2016. In the fall of 2016 I worked as a cast and crew member on a theater production in Canada, for which I spent six weeks on tour abroad. I am currently working on shows all over Europe with this production.

Hi there, I'm Iris Murphy, a 19 year old aspiring actress and director.
I followed the pre-education music theater in the Drama specialization. Here I lived day in and day out around and in the theater for four years. After this education (HAVO level) I became more interested in the art of directing. I also worked as an assistant director on a play.
At the moment my main interest lies in film and I want to start with (bit part) extras or small roles. I hope to find my way to bigger roles in front of and behind the camera.
I've been to Hollywood (Los Angeles, CA) this summer to network with several film buffs, so my main goal is to go back there later and work on different projects.
