My name is Martin, 41 years young and still very motivated to get to work. We have now been married for 22 years in IT and together with my wife we have 2 children.
I am a very reliable person, who can be placed anywhere within the organization, my strength lies in my positive attitude which I demonstrate every day, and I also motivate teammates to always perform above their ability.
For the last five years I have worked within a company that had already been bought by an external party, but the take-over was just a formality, within this organization I have proven that with positive energy our department rose above the other internal parties. Where other departments gave up, our group triumphed within the organization so that we did not go unnoticed. Our work was awarded at the other locations for guts, strength, courage and drive. People only talked about that department in the Netherlands that, despite all the reports, proved again and again what they are worth within the organization. I learned a lot here and really enjoyed this Team feeling.
My motivation is honesty, openness, communication and I like to make fun in the department every now and then. I work hard within the team and provide support where possible to those who need it. My motto is always that when you are a team, it also radiates.
As for my competences, I am a person who works analytically and solution-oriented, I do not criticize, but constructive
comment supported by a motivation or fact, so that we can solve the problem instead of whining about something. Collaboration is therefore a big one
key-factor, I hold this in very high esteem.
At the moment I am unemployed at home, but I am working with a project of Arcalis ( Setview Productions ) ( non-profit ) as a junior Producer/Photographer. I am registered with Yacht as an ICT employee, and I am regularly deployed there on a project basis at major customers to supervise special expertise assignments to ensure that all matters run smoothly. Again this is my strength, I can create a well-functioning warehouse from a team of blanks, with my decisiveness and positivity so that every shot hits the mark. I am immediately available for work.
Finally, my hobbies are baseball, photography and filming. I am also a baseball trainer/coach at the Herons in Heerhugowaard.
