My name is Rick ter Beeke and I just graduated cum laude from the Vancouver Film School in Canada. I have been designing for more than 5 years, especially during my education in 2D and 3D. First, I followed a 4-year course in game design and successfully completed it. I gained so much inspiration here that I wanted to study even more in design and animation. I had the privilege and opportunity to receive training at Vancouver Film School in Canada. I completed a course here in 1 year (which normally takes 4 years). In this year I made 2, 2D animation films. I made these films in the same way as is done in the film industry. I then worked in a team for a client to make a short film, which will be used in the Cinequest festival in the United States. I am very proud to be part of this success. I am looking for a dynamic company and your company seems to be perfect for me. I am eager to learn, learn quickly, am enthusiastic, ambitious, highly driven, loyal to my employer and a hard worker. I am able to provide you with a whole new style of animation, like hardly anyone in the Netherlands does, hand drawn! I am also able to imitate any style and learn new programs extremely quickly. Lately I have been working a lot with openToonz, ToonBoom Harmony and Adobe Flash in a professional field. I have mastered the other Adobe programs almost completely. I always work hard and deliver everything well before the deadline, I don't have an 8 to 5 mentality. This is evidenced by my commitment at school, I worked here 10 - 12 hours a day on my projects. This resulted in the fact that I always handed in my assignment well before the deadline. People from school, the VFX and animation industry have complimented me on my fast, hard and precise work ethic.
