LiveOnlineEvents (Amsterdam)

I work freelance as a production assistant for LiveOnlineEvents. As a production assistant I support the project managers and am responsible for the studio program, crew planning, script and time management of the live online event.

LiveOnlineEvents is the first full-service hybrid event agency in Europe. During a hybrid event, two target groups can be distinguished: a physically present target group and a target group that participates from another location via the internet. In this way, everyone can tune in online, anywhere in the world. I think it is really cool to be able to work on the events, because in this way content is distributed sustainably, is accessible to everyone and can also be recycled after the event.

RK Events (Cape Town)
During my internship at RK-Events in South Africa, I organised two events from A to Z together with a production manager: Plett Rage and JB Rocks.

Plett Rage focuses on students from all over South Africa who are celebrating the end of their secondary school period. Approximately 10,000 students participate in Plett Rage. This festival lasts for two weeks and includes various internships, beach events, sports competitions and sponsor activities. JB Rocks was a smaller event that took place in the Jolly Dolphine. For this event we mainly did the stage program, ticket sales, managing vendors, branding and security.
