Coming from a film background from Namibia with 12 years' experience; I have dealt with many people from all over the world with different personalities, cultures and circumstances. I have worked in many different harsh environments including working with wild animals and explosives; working in extreme hot and cold temperatures anytime of the day. Negotiating terms of business and budgets with international clients to bring projects to life and get service providers onboard, keeping them motivated and honest. My strategy is simple; Hard work, consistency, honesty and reliability.
