Creative thinker Hans Tijssen is a Dutch composer, conductor and producer. He currently works in North Hollywood - Los angeles or Zwolle - Netherlands.

Hans finds inspiration in film, artistic expressions and various music styles - varying from Classical to pop/rock and dance. He writes instrumental and vocal music, works for solo voice to works for large orchestra.

Hans is trained as a classical pianist, conductor and composer. Over the past 30 years he has organized many projects in which he made combinations between renaissance and contemporary music, but also between various music styles such as classical, pop, jazz and dance.

In search of more possibilities, he started composing for synthesizers and sequencers. He has been working with synths and sequencers since the mid 1980s.

His most recent compositions are collages of classical music, speech and audio fragments. For example: [Intro 'Hope has a voice'] – in this composition he has combined synthesizer sounds with historical speeches by Chamberlin, Bush, Goebbels and Hitler, orchestra and percussion.

Over the past decades, Hans has built up a wide-spread network in both the classical and pop/jazz scene with connections in Europe, Australia and the United States.

Music is his passion. Do not hesitate to contact him for questions, comments and/or initiatives.
