Since 2008/2009 I have gained a lot of experience in the events industry and my study communication management came in very handy. By working alongside my studies in this industry, I have learned to apply my theoretical knowledge well in daily situations related to festivals and events (profit and non-profit). All aspects of organizing a festival are covered. Organization, management, drawing up quotations, budget monitoring, etc. (project management). When organizing an event I am always aware of the wishes of the customer and aware of what this organization wants (I listen). I apply this to an event if desired. I convince the customer to choose me/us to organize their event and make sure that I perform above expectations (customer-oriented).
I have a lot of experience in the field of Marketing, Communication and PR. Organizing, leading and managing & working with groups / people is also in my system. Working in a team is one of my qualities, working together is very important to achieve the right result and to satisfy the customers in this way. By working at Flexiforce Barneveld, in the accounts payable and accounts receivable department, I also gained administrative experience. I have worked with Baan and Microsoft Dynamics.
